We are continually expanding our services as needs arise. For now, our services are mainly consultant-based. We love to connect with new people and schools to provide consultations and ideas on the topics below. We also provide teacher trainings and retreats.
School Culture Consultation
Our school culture consultation discusses your ideal school culture through various thought exercises and programs. We construct a picture of a graduate and analyze current school practices to determine how they support your goals.
New School Consultation
We consult with families and friends looking to start new schools. We assist in the development of nonprofit legal documentation, board of director strategies, vision board planning, and branding.
Teacher Training
We provide teacher training on specific subjects (e.g., Latin or Bible) or on the overall implementation of mission within the classroom.
House Program Consultation
We partner with schools looking to start or strengthen house programs. We provide retreats for house development, house games ideas, house administration strategies, and house leadership training.
Grant Writing Consultation
We work with nonprofit schools to develop and implement fundraising strategies through grant writing.
Board of Directors Training
We work with school boards to ensure nonprofit compliance, unity of vision, and effective school governance.
